We are excited about the construction progress of Paramount Bay. As of September 20, 2007 Concrete construction is through the 15th floor. Our garage framing is well underway.

Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing piping is through the 7th floor. Glass floor to ceiling windows and glazing is nearly complete on the 6th and 7th floors.
